How do I determine the correct size for knee sleeves?
To find your perfect fit, measure the circumference of your knee joint with your leg straight. If you have particularly large calves, we recommend measuring there as well and choosing the larger of the two sizes based on our official size chart.
Are SBD products approved for competitive use?
Yes, the majority of our products are IPF (International Powerlifting Federation) approved and IWF (International Weightlifting Federation) compliant. Check the specific product description for the relevant federation logos.
How long does shipping typically take?
Orders are generally processed within 1-2 business days. Standard domestic shipping typically takes 3-5 business days, while international shipping can take 7-14 business days depending on the destination and customs processing.
What is your return policy for apparel and equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for items in new, unused condition with original packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on socks or items that show signs of chalk or sweat.
How should I wash and care for my SBD equipment?
We recommend hand washing your sleeves and wraps in cold water with a mild detergent. Air dry them away from direct heat or sunlight. Do not machine wash or tumble dry, as this can damage the neoprene and elastic fibers.
Do you offer a warranty on your lever belts?
Our belts come with a limited lifetime warranty covering manufacturing defects on the leather and a one-year warranty on the lever mechanism. This does not cover standard wear and tear or misuse.
